Our team identified early on that musculoskeletal overuse injuries in the left thumb during endoscopy are caused by three risk factors: the amount of forces imparted on the joint, the duration in which those forces are imparted, and the frequency in which those forces occur.

We created SergoLock to address these problems. SergoLock is an endoscope attachment that is designed to alleviate stress on the thumb through a patented locking mechanism.
